Information Technology Solution & Services(iTechss) is a Bangladeshi software development and technology service provider that specializes in offering digital solutions in the financial sector, particularly in the capital market, money market, banking industry, non-banking financial sector, and insurance. Our extensive knowledge of IT Strategic Consulting, Service Design, Software Development, Outsourcing, and Managed IT Services enables us to oversee projects from inception to completion and beyond. The majority of the partner brokerages, on the other hand, are bank subsidiaries.

We are seeking two skilled Full Stack Developers with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidates should be proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MySQL. A passion for building scalable web applications and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MySQL databases for data modeling and optimization.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Contribute to WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, and integrations) if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MySQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience in WordPress development (optional).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems
  Min Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 36 years
